WHAT IS IT?
HMB abbreviates beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate. The Legendary specification distinguishes the calcium salt Ca-HMB from its HMB component: these are nested quantities and must not be added together.
ORIGIN & COMPOSITION
The product specification is the basis for the named material, its form and its quantity. A product format such as powder or capsule does not establish the ingredient's chemical form or manufacturing origin.
- HMB
- Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (Ca-HMB)
UNDERSTANDING THE INGREDIENT
Read quantities together with their basis. A portion may be a scoop, capsule, tablet or pack; it is not automatically a full day. Amounts labelled as components are already included in their parent ingredient.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Composition information describes what is in a product. Any health claim has separate legal conditions, including the substance, quantity, target population and accompanying information. A listed ingredient does not by itself establish that a claim may be used.

HOW TO USE / IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Use the directions for the exact product and variant. Check its ingredient declaration, allergens and warnings before use. Do not change the recommended dose on the basis of a general ingredient page.
